Job Details :: 

• To work on Ticketing based Issues, Monitor various Queues (Queues is the application which list tickets with abstracts of Issues). 
• Candidate would be working on the Critical and Non-Critical issues from the queue, work on escalation channels, update tickets with technical and non-technical solution.
•  Graduate/Post-Graduate from any stream or Diploma in Computer Engineering
• An ideal candidate should be having a 5+ years of System Administration experience with hands on activities in Solaris/HPUX/AIX Operating Systems.
•  The candidate should also have a thorough knowledge of virtualization, Backup and Storage Operations.
•  Certification in ITIL will be an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible to remain current with development in the space of Technology changes.
• Candidate should be willing to work in 24 X 7 operations and in shifts.
