• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE
• Excellent knowledge of Struts 2.0, Hibernate 3.0, Spring
• Knowledge on Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Knowledge on Web Services
• Ability to manage small team and track progress of work
• Should be strong in problem solving and research
• Good object oriented analysis, design and software development methodologies
• Should be strong with analytical skill
• Should have good verbal / written communication skills (English).
