Job Details ::
- The candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university or institution.
Diploma/Degree/Certifications in Secretarial courses preferred. - 1-5 years of relevant experience in a large corporate environment preferred. Customer Service experience a plus.
- Must have excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and other computer software
- Strong knowledge of firm systems and an understanding business needs of the functions supported is a plus
- Task oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple tasks
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow through skills
- Must have good writing, grammar and proofreading skills. Should have ability to write/answer correspondence.
- Effective communication skills and ability to exhibit excellent customer service; great interpersonal skills is a must.
