h. Soft skills – Communication skills, Presentation skills, working in teams etc
- All trainee engineers will be given Mindtree approved Handouts worth close to Rs 3000.
- During training they will get lunch, coffee, tea.
- 50% of the training fee will be refunded after successful completion of 1 year at Mindtree.
- Job involves 24x7 services and Mindtree provides the shift allowance and pickup and drop services as per their HR Policies.
- Mindtree based on the job requirement may transfer the candidates to any of the locations across India after training.
- Those students who have attended this interview earlier are not eligible.
