• Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
• Coordinate efforts with R&D and other DS teams to meet customers targets.
• Manage defect communications between Dassault Systemes Support & the customer.
• Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies if available.
